Questions

What property managers want to know

Can you meet the inspector on site?

Yes, when scheduling allows. Many owners prefer we send the photo documentation instead, which also works for most reinspections.

Do you handle the whole building or just the flagged units?

Either. Fixing common-area items and repeat issues across all units at once is usually cheaper than waiting for the next notice.

Is the building pre-1978? Do you follow lead-safe practices?

Yes. Red Hawk is an EPA lead-safe (RRP) certified firm. In buildings built before 1978 we contain the work area, minimize dust and clean and document to RRP standards, which matters in much of the Twin Cities’ older rental housing.

How do approvals and NTE limits work?

Give us a not-to-exceed amount with the work order, or approve the scope we send after the first visit. If we find anything that would push the cost past your limit, we stop and send photos and a price before doing it.

Have a building that needs attention?

Send a work order, request a project bid, or ask about a maintenance plan.
