Our story
One accountable team.
Red Hawk Property Services was started to fill a gap property managers know well: the handyman who can’t pull a permit, the platform that sends a different stranger every time, and the big general contractor who won’t call back about a 12-unit job.
We sit in the middle. Our own employees handle the work orders, unit turns and seasonal upkeep. Our general contractor license covers the permitted projects. And every job ends the same way: photos, notes and an invoice that matches your work order.
