Who we’re looking for.
Maintenance technician
Work orders, unit turns and preventive maintenance at apartment and commercial buildings. Basic plumbing, electrical fixture, drywall, paint and door hardware skills. [Pay range] · full time.
Carpenter
Decks, stairs, trim, doors, framing and finish work on repairs and capital projects. [Years] years of experience. [Pay range] · full time.
Apprentice / helper
Learn the trades on real buildings alongside an experienced tech. Reliable, safety-minded and willing to learn. [Pay range] · full time.
